Terms of Service

These terms cover the Aesthetic Growth System service provided by Code & Beans AB ("we", "us"). By booking a call or signing up you agree to them.

What you get

The service is a complete website and growth system for your clinic. It includes the website, hosting, the missed call text back, the review system and local SEO, as described on our site. We build it, host it and keep it running for as long as you are a client.

The offer and what you pay

• There is no setup fee and nothing to pay to start.
• Your first payment of £239 is due only once three genuine new patients have booked through your new site. Bookings are counted through the booking system on your site, or another system we agree with you.
• After that, the service is £239 per month.
• Higher tiers, for example paid advertising and other marketing, are available at extra cost and are entirely optional.

A "genuine new patient" means a real enquiry or booking from someone who is not you, your staff or a test. We will not count spam or fake bookings, and we ask that you do not either.

No contract and cancelling

• There is no minimum term. You can cancel at any time.
• Once you have been a client for six months, the website is yours to keep. If you cancel after that, we hand the site over to you as static HTML files that you can host wherever you like.
• The automations and ongoing services, such as the missed call text back, reviews and SEO, run as part of the service and switch off when you cancel.
• If you cancel within the first six months, the website and services come down and the site is not handed over.
• Your domain name is always yours.

What we need from you

To build and run your site we need you to give us accurate information about your clinic, the right to use your content and images, and reasonable access to any accounts we need, such as your Google Business Profile. You are responsible for making sure the treatments and claims on your site are accurate and meet the rules that apply to aesthetic clinics.

Results

We are confident in the work, which is why you pay nothing until three patients have booked. Beyond that promise, we cannot guarantee specific numbers of patients or revenue, because results also depend on your clinic, your area and your own follow up.

Liability

We will always do our best for you. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid us in the previous 3 months, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and any disputes will be handled by the Swedish courts.

Changes

If we change these terms we will update the date at the top and, for current clients, let you know.
