Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website or book a call with us, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.

Who we are

This site is run by Code & Beans AB, trading as Aesthetic Growth System, registered at Västanäsgatan 6, 942 34 Älvsbyn, Sweden (organisation number 556772-5196, VAT SE556772519601). We are the data controller for the information described here. For anything to do with your data, email privacy@aestheticgrowthsystem.co.uk.

What we collect

• When you book a call: your name, email address, phone number, clinic name and anything you tell us about your clinic.
• When you email us: your contact details and the contents of your message.
• When you browse: standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view, through cookies and similar technology.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

• To respond to you and hold the call you booked. Lawful basis: taking steps to enter into a contract at your request.
• To provide the service if you become a client. Lawful basis: performance of our contract with you.
• To improve the site and understand what works. Lawful basis: our legitimate interest in running the business, or your consent for non essential cookies.

Who we share it with

We only share your data with the suppliers that help us run the service, and only what they need. These currently include:

• GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), which powers our booking calendar and customer records.
• Vercel, which hosts the website.
• Google Workspace, which handles our email.
• Google Analytics, which helps us understand how the site is used. It runs only with your consent.
• Meta and Google, for advertising and measuring our campaigns, used only with your consent.

We never sell your data to anyone.

Sending data outside the UK and EU

Some of our suppliers, such as GoHighLevel, Vercel, Meta and Google, process data outside the UK and European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that happens we rely on approved safeguards such as the relevant standard contractual clauses so your data stays protected.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as we are talking with you and for 24 months afterwards, then delete it. Client data is kept for as long as you are a client and for as long as the law requires us to afterwards, for tax and accounting.

Your rights

Under data protection law you can ask us to:

• see the data we hold about you,
• correct it if it is wrong,
• delete it,
• restrict or object to how we use it,
• send it to you or another provider in a portable format.
